We had a great Christmas this year. We got to stay at home and my parents came to visit us. We had a nice relaxing Christmas that started out with Lexi actually sleeping in a bit. Very much a great present for me. We started the day with Lexi's present from Santa, a doll house my parents built for me when I was a little girl. Santa some how got a hold of it, fixed it up a bit and bought all new furniture for it. Lexi has been really big into pretending lately so we knew she would just love it. What she didn't love was Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, Tess (the dog), and the camera waiting for her when she came out of her room. She got really shy and ran right back into her room. After a little coaxing she finally came out. She loved her new doll house but it took her a while before she would really come and look at it. She was very anti-picture all day long. Which stinks cause usually love her picture taken and actually asks us to take it almost every day. But being Lexi she would naturally pick Christmas as the day she doesn't want us to take a picture. So as a result our pictures are not the great this year but at least I snuck in a few.
She was showing off some of her new makeup and her new watch.

Lexi LOVES chocolate!!!!! She got a chocolate bear in her stocking and had to eat it right away.

After Santa presents we took a break to have some breakfast before digging into the giant pile of gifts. Lexi had a great time opening presents and loved everything.
I just love her face in this one.

Although she loved all her gift, if we asked her to show us what she got this was the face we got every time. She was not going to smile for the camera no matter what.

We actually got a smile out of her eventually but only because she didn't know I had the camera.

This is what we heard most of time if she saw that camera.
